Missing Office Supplies

Since I already have setup my own home office, I have been trying to collate all my things. I have placed my books, my postcard, key chains and ref magnet collections in place. The only ones I haven’t arranged is my office supplies in which my children are fond of borrowing and not returning to me.

Anyway, I have found some of them like my erasers, scissors but the others like my box cutter, ballpens, markers and others are nowhere to be found. I kept asking my children and it seems they don’t know where they are. We have a very small house but if we are looking for small items, it’s like we are searching a mansion!!

Oh well, I am hoping that I will be able to organize my home office before the school starts. So when project time comes for the kids, I won’t have a hard time looking for them.

Plans for the Family

I have so many plans for my family and one of these is to buy a car, but when I think of the general liability insurance cost, it makes me think otherwise because it is somehow very expensive. Knowing that the price of the car alone is way too much over our budget, plus the insurance and other taxes involve, not to mention the high price of gasoline, getting a car is really a luxury rather than a necessity (that is in my case). But still, if I’d be given the chance and if I have saved enough, I would really love to have a family car. No matter what the cost, I will work hard to realize that dream.

Preventing Stiff Neck

Having stiff neck is really a pain–in the neck! What causes it? Often it is caused by wrong posture while sleeping. If you have really slept long enough, by the time you wake up, your neck aches when you turn your head so the tendency is to turn your whole body just to look back. It happens more often when you sleep while seated like while traveling in a bus going for a long trip. To avoid that you should bring a neck pillow so that you can support your neck enough that you don’t bend it too much to either side.

High School Reunions

One of the things I dread about High School reunions is when I get comments like, “wow! You sure have gained so much weight!” Of course some would say it jokingly, but what woman does not get offended by such tactless remarks?

Of course I want to get my old figure back—but some things are not just possible. Or could it be that I just did not try hard enough? I am honestly thinking of a good diet pill. I heard of a 7 day slimming pill. I was thinking, maybe it would be something I could take a week before our High School reunion! Sounds like a good idea, doesn’t it?

I consider golf to be a millionaire’s game because not all can afford to play it. Golf has accessories that are pricey and costly. It is no ordinary game like basketball or football that can be played in fields and just needs one ball to keep the game rolling. With golf, you have to have a golf club, a golf ball, a caddy, expensive golf shoes, a handheld garmin gps, you have to be a member of a golf club to be able to play and join tournaments, you have to be someone that can really have the funds for such luxurious sports.

But if that graduate already knows his or her interest, deciding which course and school to enter in college is no problem at all. At present, schools offer diverse courses that students can choose from. There are also online college courses where students can also enroll into. Schooling online gives them the freedom to work and they are not being tied to school rules and strict regulations. There are so many options nowadays, one only has to be determined to reach his or her goals.

The Good About Working At Home

As a regular or normal mom it is very important to be at home with your kids but sometimes (or even oftentimes) the need to be working is necessary to add to the source of income of the whole family. The emergence of the possibility of doing just that has been a blessing because I can be multitasking doing my work at home and work that earns which used to be impossible before. With the economy getting more stiff and low the idea has been widely accepted not only by moms but also by dads that they even resign from their traditional jobs and embrace their work that makes them earn from home.

Why won’t we? Aside from doing my regular work related to the home and my work that earns, I get to do something else which is impossible to do during traditional employment: play online games! Playing is important because it helps in alleviating stress (unless the game itself is stressful). Facebook games have been proven to attract much attention. As for others going bingo online have given them privacy instead of going to their neighbors. Since there are new bingo sites every so often it is impossible to get bored. Internet games keep the sanity of the WAHMs.

Don’t just click. Check if the underlying link is what it really is. cybersecurity should be from all levels.
